i have a 88 beretta with a 2.8 5 speed manual tranny that wont start after i have parked it for a couple days. i replaced the ignition module, and some wires on the starter, along with checking for spark which i have. i can hear the fuel pump work after i crank the motor for awhile, and also i have no check enigine light, but checked all the fuses in the panel and under the hood. any help is appreciated.

You need to check fuel pressure at the rail. It is possible that the fuel pump will work, but not supply enough pressure. Also check the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator. If there is fuel in the vacuum hose, the FPR diaphram is shot and the regulator needs to be replaced. There are three ingredients for combustion, fuel/air, spark and timing. You seem to have spark, so you need to check fuel pressure next. It's very rare that a timing chain will go with no warning.
