Anyone build any Gaffe Dakar models?

Has anyone built any models from Gaffe in France? They have an extensive line of resin kits in 1/43 of Dakar models. What do you think of them?

Thanks Rallymaster. I'm desparate to find some good Dakar models and I was thinking of picking one up. However, I've never worked with resin before and I'm a little apprehensive. Do you think that this would be a good kit to start with? Do they generally need a lot of work? He has a great variety of models.

Hi JB,

Gaffe models are easy to work with; they have several metal and resin parts but keep an easy conception. (one part window frames for example)
On Gaffe website pages you can find some kit parts review.
The only thing to pay attention to especially if it's your first resin is the fact that Gaffe use a "fragile" resin, which is a little weaker than polyurethan resin but usually has no bubbles.
Some kits are prepainted but it's very rar (special color).

I really think that Gaffe models or laybe some former Mini Racing kits are best way for starting 1/43rd Dakar models.
