Front Bumper Question

Is the front bumper reinforcement different between 1999 and 2000? I know the plastic cover is different, but looking at partstrain.com they have different part numbers for the metal reinforcement and the one shown for 2000 is about $15 cheaper than the one listed for 1999. Any ideas what the deal is?
