'97 740il - Replacement Tires?

For replacement tires on my '97 740il, I'm trying to determine if the Michelin MXV4-Energy tires offer any ride, handling or other advantages over the Continental Contitouring tires currently on the car.

If so, should all four be changed or can I replace the rear 2 Continentals with the Michelins?

Any info. would be appreciated.

I have a set of the Michelins I will sell cheap!
I just upgraded to the sport wheels/tires.
