need help

these are the new angel eyes headlights.
my question is how do you upgade the head lights?
i.e. unmodified headlights have only 1 bulb hi/low?
the angel eyes have 2 bulbs, 1 for high n 1 for low.
what do i have to do to have the 2 lights high/low work
from the 1 connector?
