can i replace my damage 3s turbo with 7mgte one

hi
i found that my exhaust turbine gone ... no more turbine moving....

i know supra 7m turbo is ct26 same as 3sgte one but iam wondering about EXHAUST TURBINE , some people saying its bigger than the 3s...

so shall ill go head and fix it or no ... or there is any idea to repair it
