2001 Sebring LXI Opinion Needed

My sister is looking at a 2001 Sebring LXI with 109k miles all the options... I was wondering if any of you guys have one and would like your feedback or if anyone knows any useful information before she makes a regretful purchase . A few things that discourage me is one the transmission has been replaced but has a year warranty and two when we looked at the car the inside of the windshield and the back window had frost on the inside...the car was cleaned prior to t being parked a few days earlier....ANy info would be greatly appreciated.
