I have a Hidden Hitch class 2 if any one wants to buy it. I’ll also throw in the light module that connects to a 4-prong trailer plug from your tail lights.
:2cents: I’m asking $120 plus shipping. I paid $350 at a local hitch/muffler shop.:2cents:
A good feature of the hitch is that its not noticeable. The only thing showing is the square pipe which has a cover when not in use.
I used it only 4 times. It was nice to have the extra room inside the car during the 4 road trips. Milege on my v-6 3.1 went from 31 hwy to about 20-24 when towing.
Besides the gas, I noticed the rpms went from about 2000 at 67mph to about 2800 at 67 mph. Thus, the gas milege decrease. Milege was 20 with an enclosed uhaul trailer(5x8), while milege was 24 with open bed trailer(homemade from a jet ski trailer). The enclosed trailer(about 3 feet taller than car) had more noticeable drag than the open trailer.
All for times I probably carried less than 1500 lbs. The lightest load was probably about 900 lbs. It was pretty funny to see loaded suvs/vans with folks stuffed inside with stuff inside and on top, while we were comfortable inside our sedan and our stuff was in trailer.
Not bad since most vans and suvs get that year round while I got it only for the 4 times I pulled a trailer.
Since its a class 2 hitch, a 20x60 shelf or bike carrier can be purchased to carry extra stuff without a trailer and without damaging the truck like some bike carriers do.
Reason for selling -- I got a bigger ride (for my growing family) with a hitch as well so I wont need to use a trailer on the malibu anymore.
Let me know ur location and I can get shipping costs.

I saw how they installed it ... so I can give guidance on the installation. I would have saved $100 on the 150 labor charges. Its about ½ hour to install the hitch without lifting the vehicle up. The wiring can be about another 10-30 minutes. Depending on how you want to wire it.
I removed all myself with standard tools.:)
