Dash lights and graphic equalizer display just went out

Started the truck up last night and noticed the above, just the dash illumination - the check lights seem ok. Checked the fuse (center of bank and one up from the bottom). It's OK. Anyone know how to isolate the fault? Could it be that godforsaken headlight switch? Thanks, David

try smacking the dash really hard right above the instrument cluster. mine went out on me in my '92 and this seemed to fix the problem. its was a bad contact behind the cluster that was causing it. Good luck!
