Replacement Bumper End

Somebody in a parking lot shattered the passenger side rear bumper end on my 2000 SLE and I had a few questions.

First, will a 2000 Blazer end fit?

Second, where can I purchase the right color paint?

Third, if it is only the bumper end that is hurt, and the trim piece is fine, how hard of a job will this be?

A paint shop can mix up the paint for you but how are you going to paint this, got the right stuff? The Blazer is a different part. It is not a hard job to r and i, take a look behind the end for the process required.
