Fuel filter 94 regency

Have got a 94 regency elite 203000 km 3.8 s/c will turn over but will not fire looking to start at fuel filter and then on to fuel pump or injectors? where is filter.Last week was driving and rpm would not go above 3000 even when I put my foot to the floor, hesitated and then jumped up, block in fuel line?

Check for spark first if ok check fuel pressure at the rail.

Thanks for the suggestion, found the filter and changed it, fuel pressure at the rail is good. No spark found but noticed a single wire from the coil module had melted to engine, repaired wire and all seems ok. If I have any more problems will be back to post. Thanks
