First off, stick with 1 thread. Second, don't post in threads that have NOTHING to do with your question (like the one you posted in that was about a turbo setup). You probably didn't get a response because this is the most asked question on the net, no matter what make or model the vehicle is. You need to give info, especially how much you're willing to spend. Parts are not cheap, and if you're not comfortable putting them on yourself, you need to think about installations fees as well.

Performance: header, intake, exhaust. Those 3 are the basic bolt-ons to get a little more power by letting the engine breath better. From there it depends on how much $ you have left over to spend. You could go forced induction (supercharger/turbo) or you could stay naturally aspirated (cams, upgraded valvetrain, cam gears).

Well thanks for the info. Whaty would be best turbocharge/supercharge or like you said internals

A supercharger would probably be the best, but it really comes down to $ and how much power you're looking for. A supercharger will be the most expensive, the turbocharger will be as much as the SC unless you put together the kit yourself (but it will also make more power than a SC), and the NA parts will be the least expensive but won't net you as much power as the other 2.

I think supercharging the S2000 motor is a sin, although it will net you a lot of power for relatively cheap. If i had money and initiative, i would go for individual throttle bodies, high compression pistons and a free flowing exhaust system. Then i would bounce it off the rev limiter until my boner broke through my pants.

Alot. You sound like you have no idea what youre doing and should not be driving an s2000. Set a goal for the car and figure out how to get there. Look at other S2ks that you like and see what things they have.
