Need help with rims/tires!!!!!!!

Have a flat tire on 97 neon, lug wrench and all aval sockets do not fit lugs. Rims are not factory. i bought car 3 yrs ago, from old man, who got it off of a kid. Need help!!!!

What kind of help did you need? I wanna say the lugs are about 17mm-19mm sockets.

you say ur rims are not factory then the kid you got it from must have a special key/ socket.... does any of the lug nuts look different... it would look like a big hex key... if he lost it then you can break it off and go buy a new one

95 plymouth neon: have 13 " rims too low. want to go to 14" rim and probably need five bolt flange or drum and what size tires for rear clearance for struts and front clearance struts . also want to replace struts in rear at 99,000 miles for better ride.any suggestions?

The rims probably need a special type of key or socket. You could contact the kid who once owned the vehicle or search for the serial number of the rims and ask the manufacturer to sell you the key or special socket independently!
