94 bonney elec trouble

I have a 94 sse nonsupercharged 3.8 6 cyl with a few elec problems. First the auto door locks quit working, the fuse blows as soon as I replace and try to activate. Also blower motor works when it feels like it, It also speeds up and slows down when I turn to the right (sometimes). The radio controls on the steering wheel also work when they feel like it. Is it relay, ground short or what? I've been trying to figure this out for a while now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
