I think the Acura gsX type s in japan comes with 17 inch chrome if I am
not mistaken. But that is b/c they ran out of silver.:eek:

Gangstarr there has been only one time that i felt the effects of ...that stuff and i was $#@! up ! I'm a person that likes to try everything atleast once ...hell u only live life once .

With the chrome and stuff i kinda agree with dvs and kinda dont b/c look vettes , cobra's, supra's some of them come with factory chrome . It's just that certain chrome rims look good on certain kind of cars I personally dont like full looking chrome rims the just look too ugly but i've liked the five star chrome rims on certain cars . It's just like everything in this world there are gonna be people that dont like it and people that do If im gonna be putting 2800 dollars into these rims you bet i'm gonna love them . It's just all about taste some people have some people dont . I admit if I would have gotten the Wrx or an ITR i wouldn't have put chrome rims on it . But this car offers me tha best of both worlds and i'm pulling more towards chrome b/c its more of a lux car than a race car .

yeah, i think all people that do drugs are F**ked up! i only do chronic cause, i just can't think of a reason not to.... it's like God put it on this earth for me.... it's all natural, that's why i do it.... if it was made by people then i wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole :D

Maybe a little more detail into my answer is in order.

I say it isn't rice if you are making the car more for showing off than performance. Be it a Mustang, Vette or whatever. What is commonly called Rice is someone who makes their car for racing or just sooping it up in general and then putting on chrome. The right thing to do is to put aluminum or polished silver looking rims. But then again, everything is to a person's taste. So if you like the way chrome looks on your car, who gives a fuck what anybody else has to say.

Anytime Dvs :) I try not to play with it too much b/c i've heard of other CLS owners having tranny problems at around 15,000 miles so the only time i do use it is if im in a race . Tha other day i took it to the honda dealership to get my oil changed and they charged me an extra $10 b/c it was an acura some kind of BULLSHIT of course i paid it and when the guy was driving it up to me where i was standing he was playing with my sportshift that kinda pissed me off i was thinking to my self WTF are u doing asshole messing with my car like that :mad:

I was just saying that you could have a fast civic and be rolling on some nice 10 spoke chrome rims. That wouldn't make it ricey. Now, I think it was the type of chrome that goes on there that is the real question. If

Chrome on the right kind of car looks the part.....but it looks crap on others.
To me....chrome is for you street rods/muscle cars.

Rims should have nice clean lines to them...not all this fancy swirls etc and crap.

I guess it comes down to that persons own tastes.

I went back to pick my car up one day and they had done 27km's in it.
