It's a combination of good double clutching technique w/ stage 3 or 4 clutch kit, simple as that. + What 1 person said about moving away the carpet away from the shifting walls but doubtful. The whole point of a new clutch is a shorter throw so it would be almost idiotic to try to lengthen the shift.
