DEI 1700g Need manual

Well I got my 1700g today, was supposed to be NIB from ebay. Looks new but no manual or connection diagram? I also suspect this needs to be programmed for your setup? Any ideas? I went to directs site but it appears only dealers can access the manuals? Nothing is ever easy! I did find one for the 457G which is similar. Be nice too have the correct one though!
