ETS Light OFF Check Engine Light On

Quick question.. I have a 97 Cav and today the ETS Light OFF and the Check Engine Light came on at the same time. what could this problem be? Are they related in any way.

if the engine temp sensor goes bad or is out of range, this problem with trigger a DTC.

When the PCM detects a problem with the emmission system, it sets a code and disables traction control.

Totally not related, but anytime I take the '98 Cavy out and go over the railroad tracks it does the same thing. Very odd but it only does it on the railroad tracks.

We had a fair amount of snow when it happened,so I'm guessing th snow done something to the speed snesor. Also, I have to replace the hub, but with the cold,snow and no garage I haven't gotten around to it( actually finished replacing some of the fuel injectors). Right now the weather is a little warmer and sunny and the lights went off on their own.
I guess the the snow/ice metled off of the sensor and it reset itself.I'll check the sensor once I attempt the hub, whenever that will be!! Post back once completed.

Just wanted to know what fuse controls the ETS ,where is it located and will it cause any Check Engine Light to come on if removed?
