'04 Silverado Back Seat MOD

Does anyone have any ideas on how to mod the Backseat of an '04 Ext Cab Silverado to fold down? I would like to have the ability to fold the top half of the bench seat down but still keep the ability to fold the bottom half up like it is currently configured. Any advice would help.
