94 Jetta III GL antenna

hello
i just bought this Jetta, and I can't find an antenna, or a place for an antenna, anywhere (it came with no stereo, i will install a new one). i also can't locate a lead to the antenna in the stero cavity. is this something i don't know about Jettas, or is this something specific to the car?

Try looking around at your local scrap yard. You should be able to come across something.

that's a good idea, thanks. a stereo guy told me that my antenna is actually incorporated in my windshield, so i guess i'm ok. thanks again.
