HELP 99 blazer wont start. fuel pump????

okay, my blazer had been giving me a little trouble BEFORE it died. It was jerking pretty bad (like when you first learn to drive a stick) until it warmed up which was like 30 min or so. Changed the plugs, wires, fuel filter and air filter plus put in stp fuel injector cleaner and gas treatment bottles. It was still doing it but not as bad. We had a bad freeze for 4 days and my truck was just parked and not touched. today I went to start my truck and it wouldnt. It turns like it wants to start but won't do it. Tried to jump it but that didn't do anything either. You can hear the fuel pump come on but I dont know how to check the pressure or anything like that. Pics/Diagrams would be appreciated.
