95 transport..problems with starting

Started it up, drove two miles to store. Came out and it wouldn't start. Doesn't turn over but have power. Thought maybe it was the starter or loose wire but couldn't find the starter lol. Help.

Starter does not crank?
TUrn the lights ON...are they lighted up?
Turn key to start: does not crank? Are the lights still ON? (test at night if you have no helper)
If the lights are dead when you turn key to start, then you have bad battery or corroded battery connection, a classic. What is the age of battery? 5-6 year old ?
If lights still ON while trying to start, then starter dead (rare) or cable to starter connection corroded.
