Anyone out there with a 1986 Grand Prix 2+2? You know the "aero coupe" version?
I have one and I'm trying to locate somewhere I could get the stripe kit for it. I think that there were only 1107 made.

a pretty rare car. you'll probably have to find pics and get the stripes painted on if you want it to look new, but be careful poorly done restorations can devalue the car
i remeber that car, a friend of mine had one. 305 small block turning stock 185 horses. i used to blow him away with my 84 Mustang GT, but because of the limited number made you have a classic and the Mustang ain't worth shit now. long live the memory of Richard Petty.

I heard that Richard Petty helped design the the aerodynamics on the car to compete with the T-bird and Monte SS in NASCAR. And yes they are all pretty slow. GM wouldn't let the 5.0 HO motor be installed because of the limited production. What can you do?
