91 Tracker Wont Start

My cousin has a 91 tracker and it is getting fuel and spark and he swears it is in time. Sometimes it will crank and run fine for a short while but most of the time it doesnt hit at all, just spins. What should we try to get it running?

Located in Franklin NC.

Have your computer rebuilt or relaced (eBay) and it'll crank. I've been down that road myself.

If you haven't replaced the ECM, go to E-bay search tracker ECM's and you will find a solution for by-passing the power from the ECM. it's not necessary to get the power thru the ecm to the injector. If you can't find it on e bay e-mail me.

You said it's getting fuel and spark. Check compression that will tell you a lot. Double check the fuel though... If it isn't getting fuel its most like previously stated.
