cold-air intakes

Anybody recommend a cold-air intake on an otherwise stock '96 5.7 liter? Is it worth the money? Any brands to recommend?

I have a K&N on my 92 K1500. I don't think its worth the $$. May sound a little better, but you're not going to be able to tell any difference really.
