anyone ever seen or done a front end conversion on a 94 body style firebird with a 2000 front end

Haven't seen one done on a firebird, but I have seen a couple camaros like that. Considering that both cars are very similar, I'm sure it could be done. Probably the same way that the early camaro was converted to the later camaro.

Everything will bolt right up a long as you use the same fenders, bumper, headlight covers and hood.

Find a rear ended car in a wrecking yard. Should be everything you need. You might even be able to buy the whole car pretty cheap. Then you could sell the stuff that came off of the front of your car.

With the chemicals of today plastic and glues are stronger tham the old metal welding.Yes you can weld plastic.

if its so strong then I guess my job is going to be obsolete in the next couple years. Id like to see a steam pipe built out of plastic rated at 3000 PSI since its stronger than metal welding.
