Horn keeps going off by itself on my '94 Lesabre?

Hi guys,
I have a 94 Lesabre Custom and the horn keeps going off at 5am and so on by itself. If you just bang on the horn, it goes right off. It's always been very sensitive and would blow if you just touched it or thumped it.
How can I get this random blowing to stop or take apart the steering wheel? I see two bolts behind the wheel, but I don't want to set the airbag off.
Please let me know if you have any ideas and thanks in advance!
