Don't know if this is the right place/forum to ask, but you're my last hope!
Met this hot chick the other night in a department store parking lot. We really only exchanged glances, I made a flirty comment and she gave an extremely hottt reply.. Unfortunately she was leaving (in a rush) and I was just arriving, so I didn't even have the chance to ask for a number. Anyway, I saw her drive away in a gray/silver 90-something Chrysler New Yorker. I happened to make mental note of the license plate number (but now only remember half of it).
My question is (remember, this is a desperate man asking): "Is there any way possible to find this chick with only the make/model of the vehicle and half the license plate number???
There's gotta be a way, right? Can anyone help??
