94, idle engine shudder

Hi guys

I recently had some work done on my cavy, replaced leeking fuel injector, oil gasket, front brakes, routers, pads, calipers.

My engine was vibrating a little in idle before, still does now, though not as much, it seems there is another problem which I didnt have before, though its a similar issue.

The engine shudders here and there briefly, like a misfire, but not as bad, when I begin to take off if im only pushing on the gas lightly it seems like it struggles a bit, it seems to like more gas when I take off. It doesnt matter if im in park or neutral when im stopped, sometimes it shakes, once, then idles fine, then maybe again 30seconds later, no really determinable time it does so. Im not sure if its a misfire or something else, like I said I recently had one new fuel injector installed, perhaps that could be causing the issue, contradiction with the older ones.

Perhaps I should have my fuel injection system cleaned, throttle body, IAS, etc, if you guys could give me any pointers that would be great

thanks
peace

Well the engine "bucking" as some of you call it, I think thats a good description, is still acting up, doesnt seem as bad, but it changes, worse, better, etc. This started happening the day after I had a fuel injector replaced because the other was leeking gas, the engine vibrated a bit before, now it doesnt as much, but it bucks from time to time, stationary mostly, though sometimes at 70 clicks when the peddle isnt being pushed much.

One issue I had this morning, this was the first night I plugged my block heater in, the car started fine but the abs and park brake light were on, not the engine light. My heater wouldnt work!!, I had the problem before with the fan not working, so I get out, open the hood, smack the blower a few times with a hammer, nothing. I get in the car, sooo cold, I notice that my radio isnt working either, and its not only my blower but the actual heater itself, I think maybe a fuse so I drive to the store to get one.

I stop my car, turn the ignition off but my key wont pull out of the column, no idea what to do, frustrated, cold as shit, I start the car again, this time the brake lights dont come on and my heater and radio are working, why did this happen?? besides being cold the only thing I did was plug the block in??

hahah no thats not what I did, the plug has been hanging outside of the car since I bought it, this was the first time I used it.

I found the problem today, unplugged the heater block, turned the car on, same problem, so I thought maybe turn it off, turn it back on, I turn the key back in the column just a little and the heater starts working, turns out, the column was so cold that the key wouldnt come back to its full on position.

thanks anyway lol, car still bucks a bit

peace
