To answer you question - no, the Chrysler 3.0 is what is called a non interference motor, if the belt breaks there is enough clearance between the piston and the valves that no damage occurs.
Based on a previous post, about a sudden stop no restart, you said the belt had been replaced. Do you suspect that the belt is why your not starting?

took car back to the shop to replace the timing belt at no charge thank u doesn't no why it broke that was the reason for no start
