some friend told me that the b16a3 cam in 1996 civic is that right ?

Nope. Honda did it backwards.

B16A1 88-91
B16A3 92-95
B16A2 96-00

Remember he's also in Egypt, so there might be some difference there. And apparently (from reading a thread over at H-T), some of the later '00 Si's came with B16A3 engines (an owner of an Si had a B16A3, though didn't post any pics as proof).

the a3 came in the 94-95 si's in the us. chiltons has something on it.

i checked again his car its 1999 civic and yes it b16a3 . thanks alot all.
