well i got the first AMS turbo kit to be sold!!!!!! YEA!!!!! I got the 50 trim turbo option. he said the other option was more the size of a gt35r. Im only looking for about 350-400 hp, so they said the 50 trim would be plenty.

By the way, $3250 shipped is actually relatively low compared to the cost of some KA turbo kits I've seen.

lol no dude thats not my car......the kit wont get here for another two weeks or so. But they recently dynoed the kit on the shop car with gt32 .63 ar and got 401 hp and 388 tq at 19 lbs of boost. With built motor and stage 3 cams.

And on the gt32 .48 ar they got 378 hp and 404 tq on 21lbs dipping down to 19-20 lbs. That was on built motor and stock s14 cams. 20 psi was reached at 3450 rpms in 3rd gear.

oh i wont have this installed for a while.......still need a built engine!!! and the car isnt in running order yet anyways. I just wanted to jump on this while they were in stock and apparently there is a lower price for the first 5 kits sold. So i had the cash and said might as well save some money.

sick. i hope for higher numbers on lower boost than that, but thats only because i will hopefully be doing some rather extensive head work. the old adage 'the head is where the hp is at' is even more true with boosted cars.

Yea it will be interesting to see what it can do. That is only one engine and i dont know how "built" it is. Yea i plan on having a good amount of head work done with either the v3 or v2 cams. I just want it in the 300-350 ish hp range until i get used to things, my ultimate goal is around the 400-450 area. It should be plenty for now along with the decent amount of weight iv removed off the car.

haha the kit DOES NOT include intercooler or piping. They aren't sure if there even going to make any intercooler piping at all. Just sell an intercooler and all flanges etc needed to mount it, then let the piping be in the owners hands. WHich is great because i planed on having piping welded up custom anyways.

The wheels are super advan ver.2's. Like my signature says. There blue!! haha.

really thats cool to know i guess lol. Glad i got it when i did. I knew there wasnt many here in the states and apparently i got the last one in stock from spl parts at the time.

A) it was really cheap for a full titanium
B) The quality looks to be just as good for the price and looks no different than other non-rediculous priced titaniums
C) I feel it was one of the best damn things iv bought for the car for the money.

it may of actually been his. He warned me that it didnt have a silencer when i think they were standard for them. I didnt want a silencer anyways so i said no problem. To bad they banned rw again. He does know a thing or two. Well if you see this.....thanks for the hot tip RW (qt65f).

The earlier thread was probably my thread also, because i installed it about 2-3 months ago after it sat in my room for ages further more collecting dust lol. The reason that exhaust is so special is because its cheap as hell for a full titanium yet looks and performs just like a $1300+ one(the average titanium exhaust, jic, greddy etc). The good titaniums are upwards of 1800-2500+(mostly tuner companies, power house amuse, arc, etc etc). THis was like $700 something shipped to my door like 4 DAYS LATER!!! Its kind of like the KTS coilovers......probably the best 1000 dollars you could spend on coils. Well those and stance.

The local shop was like where the hell did you get that. I laughed. When i told them what i got they were like no dude for that price its probably just a titanium muffler. So i walked in with a 7 foot box in ONE arm and they were like OK. He was like damn dude that looks awesome. He was more excited than i was. I thought about selling it for more money than its worth to local kids, but it grew on me so i said f'it. Plus i could only sell if for a regular titanium exhaust price anyways.....which would have got me nowhere since i would still need another exhaust.

So i guess it could be 1 of 3. I know i had a few private kts wholesalers on ka-t.org ask me how the hell i got it because even they couldnt get it.

aww thats too bad. i wouldve had one too but my money was limited at the time, and even though i ordered one, my bank account had only enough money for either that or my turbo/mani. and i figured i could always do the non engine stuff later. fuckin a. that kind of pisses me off because i could have had one.

oh well. until i find a new exhaust, im gonna say im getting my backup exhaust choice, espelir.
