Wide body NSX! (56k warning)

Another WIP...Will I sit on this one too!?! :rofl:
Will be a quite simple wide body,because I wanna enter in the WBK mania too! Because lately we are having wide body R32's,RX7's,Dyno Queens.... :p I won't mention the author's of these rides because I don't wanna make thread merchandising! :icon16: :rofl:

Until now,it's quite simple. The OLD Raybrig NSX that I had (Someone ever saw that old thread??? God,I'm happy that AF made my english get a little better. Want a proof? Check the old little monster...Man,I made a phrase that I almost fell behind when I last saw it!! But my english is still poor...haha!)

But,after I looked at someone's Barchetta NSX (won't mention the name because of the merchandising... :P),and I was astonished! =O Then I thought "Man,that is hawt...I could have one,can't I?" So I got this one and saw that make a barchetta would be hard,but an Wide body won't be soo much. Than I got this one out of the dust,and i'm trying to make a rebuild.

Enough babbling. I soaked the little mate in Brake Fluid,he got drunk,then it got naked like it is right now. Then I sawed the spoiler supports,made them a little more like...Hmm..Level? Straight? Well,look at the rear that maybe you will notice something. Also in the rear,I sawed the slipstreams,and filled some little holes with supper putty (Wich works flawlessly). Then I filled the door handles with super putty too to get a more "clean" look. Made the side vents (vents? or scoops? Or holes?) kinda togheter to be nicier. Just look at the putty slapped on it that you'll know it. And the tank holes were also filed. AND! The side fenders will be togheter too. Look at the putty near the doors,that is joining the fender.

PLANS: Sleepy eyes on front, make the rear a bit like the veilside fortune NSX,and maybe an R34 wheels painted Flat Black with drilled centers.
Oh,I almost forgot... The picture... :rofl: :p

Thanks for viewing!!

PS: Sorry for the bad english.;
PS 2: WHOA! I talk a lot!!!!;
PS 3: I know you didin't read half of this...But no problem! Half of this wasn't so useful stuff. :p :rofl:

Thanks for the comments...Actually,I started the other side...smoothed it...AND LOVED IT! i'm using an new kind of putty...sands sooooo good! It's a two part epoxy putty,but it's all in kanji,the only thing I can read on the box is "puchi",wich is pronunced as Putty. So I don't know its name....

I don't have a clue of where is the cable to upload pics..Because this computer that i'm using right now doesn't have the drive to put the SD in. Soo...We will stay without pics for a while...

I cutted part of the front bumper,slapped some putty on it,and i'm waiting it to dry...Pics tomorrow,because now I'm going to bed because the polyester putty gave me a HUGE headache...(Oh,ye,I bought some poly putty and basic putty...Buying putty is addictive once you start it!).

hmmm, ive never ween an NSX fortune headlight, is it like the RX-7 one?im very partial to sleepy eyes being drift nuts, but fortune headlights would look so unique i think its hard to go past them, so for what its worth, i reckon do em :)
and thank you for your suggestion for my S13, much appreciated and will be used, the car is going to be on a diorama with a little "thanks" plate at the base of it, im including the place thats mixing my paint,where i got the model, and those with imput into it, Id like to put rod_k2 on it if your alright with that?your NSX body has been somewhat of a WBK motivater for me and your suggesdtions are great,
good luck with the honda :)

hey, a quick question, do you use an airbrush? and are they any better than a normal spray can? and, finally, can you somehow put your spray can onto it, or is there airbrush cartriges?

rod_k2

Aw man...You don't need to do that! I mean,if you want to,from my part,it's alright! But seriously,it was just a little idea!

Ah,about the airbrush...Yes,I have one. An airbrush/compressor combo.A quite simple one,but I have it. You can decant the paint from the can to the airbrush can.
It's nice that you can mix the paint,but it doesn't spray like a spray can.
I mean,the spray can,has a bigger spray area. The airbrush,a little smaller.
And it's a pain in the a.. to clean the airbrush!!
But,it's worth it. The results are superb. And,with a airbrush,making the window trim is super easy and quick.
This is the one that i have! http://www.hobbylinc.com/gr/tam/tam74520.jpg
