It won't even try to turn over. All it does is make a click sound when I go to turn it on. I have tested the starter and it is fine. I just put in a brand new battery so it is fine. All of the connections are good. Fuel pump is sending fuel. What else could it be? I don't know if this matters or not but, it is a manual and I have recently had the transmission worked on. Is there a neutral safety or clutch switch that could be bad. Or does it sound like the ignition itself is bad? Someone anyone please help me fix my DAILY DRIVER!

There is a clutch switch but its on the pedal bracket. Check to see if its connected. The clutch pedal is fun to adjust its possible they did not adjust the clutch properly and it cant disenguage.

Is there anyway to bypass the switch? Because if it is a common problem I would much rather know it's not there than to know it might come up again.
