1995 Geo Prism 5 speed tranny adjustment

Installed a new 5 spd clutch, pressure plate, flywheel & bearing. Tranny shifts normal when not running. After startup it will not go into gear as if the clutch is not travelling far enough. Hydraulics are normal. Pedal height 155 mm. What adjustments should I make, and how?
