Spotlights

Are spotlights legal on motor vehicles. And if it helps anyone I live in California. I'm wanting to put sptlights on my truck but I don't know if they are legal...

as far as I know they're legal to have on the truck, but not legal to use on the road.

I see lots of Jeeps with Hellas on the roll bar and even leftover cop cars as taxis or civilian cars with the teardrop lights still in the door.
