'93 Achieva hard start in high humidity

'93 Achieva SOHC Quad 4. 170K, Hard starting in wet weather, no visible moisture under hood, new plug wires, checked for cracks in ignition housing, all ignition components seem dry but weak spark. Once engine warms (about 20-30 minutes) and drys out what moisture there is, it runs great. If it sets in rain for 2-3 days, won't start at all.

Finally solved the problem, no thanks to all the mechanical "geniuses"
that frequent this site. After 2 months you would think that someone would have at
least suggested that it could possible have been the coil housing. All
the knowledgable people must be hanging out somewhere else. If
I have any future questions about a quad four, it won't be here...
