Door Panel Removal

My buddies '03 Ram Quad Cab has a few small dents in the passenger door. Small enough that we can probably get the out with a little massaging. Problem is.... we dont know how the door panel comes off and instead of just starting to pull it off I was wondering if anybody here would know how it comes off. Thank you in advance.

Not sure if a 3rd gen. would be the same as a 2nd but I would think so. But with my 2nd Gen I just pull it off carefully and it pops off. Its only being held on with platic clips. Start at the bottom left corner and slowly work your way around.
