how bout the jaguar xj220 in the nicolas cage version of gone in 60 seconds, not much shown but still in it
but if u want a car thats like the main focus, the red evo in fast and the furious tokyo, i know its all tricked out, but still not overdone
and the aston dbs in the new bond movie

The Monte Carlo with a Bill Mitchell Hardcore 632 from tokyo drift.
The RB powered Mustang from tokyo drift.
The GT500 Eleanor from gone in 60 seconds.
The '68 Camaro from Halloween 5 (seriously, it's the coolest "weapon" michael meyers uses in any of the Halloween movies).

They distinctly established that it was an RB and that the S15 in the first drift scene had an RB swap. They edited the engine sound at the beginniing of the scene to sound like an RB, but later on, you could distinctly hear an SR20 because none of the S15s used for the movie actually had an RB swap. Most actually had SR20DEs

The Camaro Yenko in 2Fast 2Furious. That thing was mean.

Too bad it wasn't a real Yenko, it was just a normal Camaro made to look like a Yenko. Probably better than crashing a real really rare car, plus it's the only car used on the movie that had any real power (about 425hp, the rest of the movie cars were really underpowered).

Some of the Transformer movie cars were built by Saleen in Detroit. The Camaro (off a GTO chassis) and the Mustang police cars

Of all teh cars ive ever seen in a movie, one tops teh chart fo rmaking my stomache churn. Fast & Furious - Tokyo Drift. They put a friggin NISSAN engine in early model MUSTANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHATS THE DEAL WITH THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!! I PUKED WHEN I SAW THAT!!!! HOW DARE THEY!!!!!!!! :banghead: :banghead:

:screwy:

they hadda be loco or plain ol' ricers to think that a nissan motor can move a muscle car better than a big block!!!!!!

Poor littel green mustang =(:nono: that was a nono and peopel who drive around acting liek they r in a fast an furious movie, they r really just slow and frustrated( and confused might i add)!!!!!

^^

As sickening as the F&F series is, the RB in a mustang didn't make me want to gouge my eyes out. Under the circumstances of the movie, there was no way the main character was going top secure a big block in japan, so they had to do something crazy like that.

As for your second statement, I don't have any kind of bias in the import vs. domestic debate, Nissan's RB26DETT is one of the most brilliantly conceived engines ever and even now, its way ahead of its time. Saying that a big block is better is an awfully ignorant statement to make.

If you haven't already seen it yet, go see Transformers...the cars in that movie are sick. Especially, Bumble Bee, who is a yellow Camero (note...it starts out as a great old model and then gets modernized later in the film)...also...the cop car is sick too. Chevy paid top dollar to get the ads for this movie.

Did anyone see that Camero on eBay? Someone showed me the listing (for the '77 I think - I haven't seen the movie yet) at work and now I can't find it - it was around 25k when I saw it. Just wondering what it went for or if it is still up for auction.

Always liked the AXLE-less cars in the Matrix movies. How'd they even move?
