What to do.

Alright I have a 2000 blazer LT. It only has like 90,000 miles on it and the other day i started it up and it had no heat. I took it to my captions body shop and had some work done. He realized that there was no coolant in the radiator, car wouldnt overheat though but just not enough for coolant to go through the heater core. Well he filled that up and replaced my hood latch cable because it broke and I had him replace the sending unit and the spark plugs. Well I got it back today and something is just not right. Its sputtering and has no power and vibrates. I think the head gasket is letting go and you can see water come out the back side of the block.
I need options on what to do here guys.
A) v8 swap
B) suck it up and redo the head gasket
C) sell it as is and buy something else
This was my daily driver up untill now and I am know my way around an engine bay as my other car is a VR4 (with plenty of mods). Can someone let me know exactly what I need to do the swap? I know the tranny will work, along with the alt, ac. I know I will need the ecu (or can mine be reflashed). Does anyone have a write up or step by step on how to do it.

Welcome to the forum.
Why do you suspect the head gasket?
Did the engine overheat? Has it ever overheated?
This most likely is your intake manifold gasket leaking. Search the forum for this.
If your truck started sputtering only after the spark plugs were changed, they may have gotten the plug wires mixed up and/or the firing order wrong.

Well actually I have been a memeber for a while 2004 actually. I just dont post alot and perfer to read alot. No the car never over heated but that coolant has to go somewhere and you can see it leaking out the back and just the way its sputtering sounds like its not getting a good burn. I will search for the intake maini leaking. The trucks RPM's are steady and just like they are suppost to be which is whats got me stumped. So thats why i dont think its the fireing order or plugs. Also I asked to look at the plugs and there was no greenish tint as would be with a blown head gasket. I am thinking about sending some oil off to blackstonelabs.com . I knew I should of just done the work myself, not like anything was that hard I just dont enjoy working on that vehical like I do my vr4. Anyways any more ideas?

does it look like the water or coolant leaking out the back side is getting anything eletrical wet? if so that could cause some sputtering.

turns out that 2 of my spark plugs were broken, around the ceramic part. That caused my truck to run but like crap. The water leak is the intake gasket and I will prob fix at a later time when I just have time to do it.
