F150

Help please,

I have an 89 F150 for some reason the darn truck has decided to chug along after about 20 minutes of run time then will eventually stall. No problem restarting just yet but will stall more frequently now. Any help would be appreciated.

fuel filter? maybe a new thermostat? dont really know
