Oil question

My mom just got a 2002 vitara 2.0 4cly and I was wondering how many quarts of oil it needs and what kind of oil should I put in it, it has 64k miles on it.

I hope you changed the oil by know and found out.... But if not it says in the manual 5.2 Quarts of oil.

Acctually no because the car had about 62K miles on it when I posted this, but now is a couple 100 miles away from oil change so thanks a lot man.
