need some help with yellow koni struts!!

i got a 95 civic dx ,it has koni adjustable struts .my question is how do i adjust them to raise the car up?

i do beelive koni yellow are adjustable ride comfort wise. setting 1 might be soft and 5 is firm. the only way to adjust ride height is with coil over suspension. sorry to break it to you. but your ride height remains as is.
