97 GTP DIC problems

I am also havin problems with my DIC. The display dosent come on but the buttons to the right light up, when its cold they flicker slower and faster when i press the gas. The Tire pressure and Low Trac lights work also. Do I need a new DIC?

The DIC has 5 background illuminations mini-lamps that can be replaced but the DIC unit must be removed. Which lamps are flickering slower and faster. Also, you may have some cold solder joints on the DIC circuit board that can be re-done.
