The front is not too disimilar from my S2K (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?threadid=62018&highlight=s2k+project) , its best to use plastic card for this.

tried to make something like that but didnt turn out too good i just use epoxy putty so yah any ways post progress pics and tell me how u did it i really want to make another like that

Not bad man, but i would say chop out the side, front windows with the top chopped off

You can use the back of an xacto knife with a straight edge and scribe some lines where you want the breaks to be, and the plastic *should* snap right at those lines.... but it can be tricky. Leave yourself a margin for error, then you can sand the edges back to where they should be.
