D16y8 head on a D15b vtec E

ok heres the thing i bought what was suppose to be a d15 jdm engine and after i paid the guy he told me that it was a d15b vtec E what would i have to do to keep all of the hp that i have made i have a 255lph pump msd igntion cold air intake stage 2 skunk cam, port and polished head. a 68 mm throttle body. i just need to know how to keep all of my horse power cause i know that the stroke and bore are different
