maybe you guys can help me here,
my cotrol switches on my door is not sitting in place properly (hasnt been since i got it but never had a problem til now) but i cant get it open/off either. couple months ago something went and all of a sudden i had no power locks, couldnt adjust ANYTHING with my seat (with those controls nor with the controls on the seat itself), couldnt use the keypad to open my doors when i locked my keys inside (shut up haha) and the feul door popper doesnt work. now everytime i get gas i have to pop the trunk (yea that still works) to use the emergency feul door popper...pain in the bum!!!
ok now what i dont get, every once in a wile it would work, but now it hasnt worked at all for about a month and a half. im assuming something is loose due to the fact of it working on and off. seems like after id shut my door is most of the times that it would kick in for a little bit. just curious if any of you had this problem or know whats causing it. i really appreciate you guys taking the time to try to help me. thanks!!!

You'll need to remove the entire door panel in order to get that control panel fastened properly. Sounds like some of the clips have failed.

Have you inspected the fuses? Also, there's a few master power relays under the hood in the Power Distribution Box, these need to be working too.

Same as above, fuses and power relays.... AND, you'd better double-check all your power terminals. Battery connections need to be clean and tight. All grounds need to be clean and tight, including grounds to Modules, Alternator, Starter, Engine Block, and whatever else exists.

75% of these type of electrical problems are due to deteriorated connections. The remaining % are failing components. Of the components, Alternator, Battery, Power Relays & Fuses are at the top of the list.

Yes check those connections. The two mounting posts on the back side of the panel allways break off. I used hot glue to keep my switch connector in place. It worked great, and is easy to remove if I have to replace the switch again.

Yes the panel on the drivers door. That's a good place to start looking for problems.
