Sentra Door Trim Removal

I have a 2003 Sentra that I am trying to remove the trim piece that runs (horizontally) along the center of the door to repair/replace it. Does anyone know if this is glued on or held on by some other means.:2cents::2cents::2cents:

i believe there should be a screw or two you have to take out. i removed door trims from my ex gf's 01 sentra, but that was a while ago, so i dont remember everything.
