Does anyone know how to remove the headlight lens from the car so you can replace the headlights and turn signal bulbs on a 2005 Chevy Cobalt? I cannot get the lens out of the car to replace the bulbs.
Thanks

i havent had to change the bulbs on my car, but usually with a GM car you dont take the lenses off. INstead you take off the plastic piece thats above the lenses inside the engine bay. And then you remove the bulb from the back of the light.

You actually have to remove the whole head light it self inorder to change the bulb. i upgraded mine, their should be two bolts and then you will be able to remove it. i beleve the owners manual has the step by step instructions inorder change the bulbs.

Yep, lift the hood and look at the tops of the head lamp assemblies. Each HL has two hex head bolts up top. Remove the bolts, lift the HL's out and then you can get the lamp holders out to swap lamps.
