No the SRT does not come with a stock BOV. They can be added as an aftermarket part. Countless company's make this part for the SRT. Everyone has there own opinions based on what they are using it for..Many push high amounts of boost while other just like the sound it creates. I preferred HKS myself.

acutually...all SRT-4 come with a stock BOV...which you can only hear inside the car or when u pay close attention to it...Mopar makes a coversion kit which still uses ur stock BOV...but opens it up to free up more air for that...unique BOV sound....

p.s. SOUNDS GAY !! at low RPM....get a HKS !!!

Blah Mopar plate....But you are correct it is the least ricey sound.
HKS is great for sound and high boost thats why I liked it.

Take your airbox lid off one day for a good sound ( If you dont have an aftermaket intake that is )

Surge Valve...not BOV....and yes the car does come with a WOOSH and its not that quiet....i could hear mine comin down the road when someone else drove it...

I have to that is false information a STOCK SRT will not have a noticable sound of air venting. An aftermarket BOV will be required to produce the sound he is looking for.

A STOCK srt won't be heard at all. But get an intake, wga, and hook the surge valve up like a bov(directly from the tb) and it will be somewhat loud but not HEY LOOK AT ME...I'M A RICER! loud..:/

well my stock 2005 with just the surge valve was loud...not Mopar Rice Plate loud, but i could hear it with the windows open driving and comin down the road...
